What we do...

Voucher websites have been around for a long time offering users discount codes for purchases at many different retailers. Each of these sites earn money based on you clicking the voucher code and being redirected to the retailers web site. Retailers offer varying amounts of commission to any voucher site, making the voucher site money on any tracked purchases you make.

Cashback websites have also been around for a long time instead of keeping the commission for themselves, cashback sites give the commission earnt back to the registered user of the site whenever a tracked purchase is made. All cashback sites still make money for themselves either by asking for a minimum amount to be reached within a time period before making a payment or by keeping higher tiered commission when targets are reached. Cashback sites normally offer a very low single payment to anyone introducing a friend to the site.

We wanted to create a website that allowed any user to earn cashback for themselves but to also earn commission on any cashback generated by friends. To extend this further we wanted friends of friends to earn the initial user cashback too. Our cashback rates are lower than other cashback sites, this is to allow you to earn commission on the cashback earnt by friends and friends of friends, they in turn will earn cashback from friends they introduce.

Why isn't this a pyramid scheme? Pyramid schemes work by making you pay money to join and then making you get other people to join and to pay money before making any money for yourself. At carregpromo.co.uk you can start to earn cashback for yourself immediately without paying anything for the cashback service. Any friends that you introduce to carregpromo.co.uk can also earn cashback for themselves but you earn commission on their cashback.

The following terms and conditions spell out how we work and what we expect from a user and in turn what you can expect from us.

Anyone joining carregpromo.co.uk (referred to as 'you' below) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

carregpromo.co.uk is owned and operated by Car Reg Promo Ltd (referred to as 'we' or 'us' below)

1. Modification of this Agreement
Over time we may need to modify these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. If this is the case we will post the revised agreement on carregpromo.co.uk

2. Site Membership

Anybody may create an account, we use your car registration as your unique identifier, if you don't own a car then we will happily create you an account with a unique identifier that we produce.

You may make cashback transactions on behalf of other family members and close friends, you don't have to create an account for every member of a household. An account is allowed per UK resident, that person must be living in the UK to qualify for an account and cashback from our retailers.

To start earning cashback for an account you must create one using our join page. Your account must have a valid email address an authentication message will be sent to this email address. An account must be authenticated before any payments can be made.
We do not believe in bombarding users with newsletters and unnecessary updates, we will only contact you with service related messages when required.

3. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate any account in the event of fraudulent use or any activity we deem to be un-fair.
We reserve the right to terminate any account if we are unable to contact the user via the email address provided.

4. Payment Schedule

Payments will be made into a members bank account upon reaching their payment threshold as set by the user, these payments will be made on the first of the month immediately after reaching this threshold.

5. Cashback Rewards

All transactions that you make with retailers are with the retailers themselves and not with us. We track any cashback earnt by you directly via your unique tracking id. This is used by retailers and tracking agencies to provide us with reports of all cashback earnt.

Retailers may increase or decrease the cashback they pay for individual items, categories of items or for any items purchased from their site. We endeavour to always display the correct percentage but from time to time these values may be incorrect. We will always award you cashback based on the reported cashback from the retailer, this may be more or less than the advertised rate. Each retailer may pay cashback on the purchase amount including VAT and/or delivery charges or excluding these amounts.

When an applicable transaction is identified by us, we will display this in your account reports with the status pending. A retailer will confirm the transaction, at this stage the transaction will become confirmed in your account reports. A payment can take a varying amount of time to become confirmed, this depends on the retailer, this can be up to 90 days. Cashback payments will only be made if goods are not returned or the sale is reversed.

For you to earn any cashback you must first select your car registration plate from the carregpromo.co.uk website and have it displayed in the top right hand corner of the website when you click on a retailers link from carregpromo.co.uk, this is your unique identifier and is used to track any cashback to your account. We will endeavour to warn you if you don't select a car registration plate before clicking on a link to a retailer.

Cashback rates may vary depening on vouchers used, using voucher codes obtained from other websites may invalidate your cashback please remember to only use voucher codes found on carregpromo.co.uk. We can not be held responsible for loss of cashback where a voucher code has been used in a purchase.

Remember to always use links to retailers from carregpromo.co.uk. Clearing your browsers history and data on a regular basis before using carregpromo.co.uk will help to ensure that your cashback is tracked correctly. Repeat purchases and or purchases made having linked from other sites or search engines may be deemed to have been provided by another website other than carregpromo.co.uk then your cashback will not be tracked correctly.

If your account is terminated for any reason then any cashback earnt or any further cashback earnt will be forfeited.

The decision to pay cashback by us, the retailer or retailer�s tracking agent is final. We will always try to recover any missing cashback. Occasionaly the amount of cashback paid by a retailer may be less than the amount expected. You may query these scenarios with us and we will always try to recover the missing amount on your behalf. We however reserve the right to stop chasing cashback when we feel all options have been exhausted.

We will reclaim or make balance adjustments wherever it is establised that an error has been made in crediting your account.

For commission to be earnt by you from 'friends' and 'friends of friends' they must also agree to these terms and conditions and have joined picking your car registration plate or the car registration plate of a friend of yours during the sign up process from the drop down list labelled 'Introduced By' they must then follow the same directions for use.

If a retailer delays payment or goes out of business we will endeavour to recover your cashback but cannot make any guarantees.

7. Copyright

carregpromo.co.uk is fully protected by copyright and is for your personal use only. If you wish to use any part of this site for any other means then you must gain our written consent.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Car Reg Promo Ltd against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage or expense (including legal fees) that may occur in connection with the use of this site. We take reasonable care and skill to ensure that the data provided on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we give no warranty of the accuracy of any information on the site and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions, neither do we accept liability for any resulting damage or loss.

9. Un-Authorised Use Of Our Website

If we find that carregpromo.co.uk is being misused by any member then we may terminate their account and any cashbact will be forfeited. To protect retailers, any suspected abuse of an offer will lead to transactions being revoked. Any suspicious transactions may need to be verified before cashback is paid. Any car registration plate used to identify a user must be from a car owned by that user, any car registration deemed to be offensive may be removed and another unique identity put in it's place. Where a car registration plate is in dispute proof may be required. We reserve the right to revoke a car registration from the site at any time.

We can not be held responsible for any damage, loss or disruption to data or your computer system which may occur whilst using this site.
